When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple:
R60 for Pudo Locker Pickup.
R100 for door delivery.
Free Shipping on all orders over R900.
Do you sell real leather?
Yes-only the best. We use Grade 1 genuine leather, hand selected for quality and durability. Every patch is built to last, giving your hat a rugged, authentic finish that only real leather can offer.
Do you make custom branded hats?
Yes! We run a full Custom Hat Program where you can put your own logo or design on our hats. Perfect for safari lodges, farms outdoor brands, or events.

How does sizing work?
We have two options:
Adjustable: Features a strap at the back, fitting head sizes 53cm-61cm.
Fitted: Closed at the back with a flexible stretch band. It's a one size fits all that shapes comfortably to your head.
